Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 small red or yellow onion chopped
2 jalepenos chopped
2 roma tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic minced
1.5 tbsps lemon juice
1/2-1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed and scoop out the avocado using a spoon.
- Using a potato masher, mash the avocado until it reaches a chunky consistency but not creamy.
- Mix in all the ingredients except the cilantro.
- Top it off with cilantro and enjoy!
